Moore Park Beach State School P&C
The Parents and Citizens committee meets at the school on the third Mondy of each month at 1.30pm in the staff room. The Annual General Meeting is held in February each year. The new Executive Committee will be advertised in the earliest newsletter following the AGM.
Parents and Citizens Committees
It is of great benefit for the school to have a P&C Association. This enables parents and citizens to meet together to determine the needs and aspirations of the school community. The object of these associations are to:
promote interests of the school by bringing parents. Citizens, pupils and teaching staff into close co-operation
assist in providing equipment required by the school
assist the teaching staff in establishment of school policy and management in all facets of school activity.
provide assistance to students who are representing the school at state or national level.
Associations meet on a regular basis, at least once each school term, and carry out activities in accordance with their resolutions.
